Tales From the Box

A story of a beach house in the Blue Mountains

Ode upon a shower screen

Our former bathroom featured shower over bath combo much like our new bathroom. We had drab looking shower curtain to stop the water spraying across the entirety of the room ( this must have been a theoretical use because it didn’t really do its job).

While browsing through the plethora of showroom bathrooms, we came across a nifty solution to our water screening quandary. Rather than a fixed glass screen – we opted for a pivoting, toughened glass screen (standard chrome finish of course..) which easily opens for easy entrance and exit for shower and for easy clean and maintenance.

Plus is looks real purty too!

And a highly effective shower screen it is too! Will have to go shopping on the weekend to buy some white towels- we have recently discovered that the “white” towels we already possess are actually cream and off-white, which is fine until you put them against a very-white tile wall!

Does that mean that I get to run in the yard when the fences are finished?
I have many holes to dig, things to sniff and people to scare away with one bark.

Rofl ….. well I’m sure as hell going to be looking out for fresh towels whilst sharing a motel room with Dann now.

Only parents would pull out a call like that.
